Founder & CEO
Yvonne Bryant Johnson, MBA
Yvonne Bryant Johnson is a seasoned executive, leadership strategist, and executive coach with a proven record of developing leaders and building high-performing teams across corporate, nonprofit, government, and academic sectors. She is known for her ability to combine strategic insight with practical application — helping leaders translate intention into measurable results.
As Founder and CEO of Bryant & Associates, LLC, Yvonne leads an award-winning leadership development and coaching firm based in Atlanta. The firm is a Certified Wiley Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team, as well as a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
Throughout her career, Yvonne has coached and facilitated leadership programs for organizations including Microsoft, KIPP Schools, Emory University, Southern Company, The Home Depot, Georgia-Pacific, Chick-fil-A, Medtronic, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, and the State of Georgia. She is a founding faculty member and program designer for the Atlanta Business League's program, sponsored by Delta Air Lines, and has served as faculty at Nonprofit University.
Yvonne brings deep governance and community leadership experience, having served on numerous nonprofit and advisory boards focused on child advocacy, domestic violence prevention, and community empowerment. She is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta and Leadership America and is recognized among Atlanta's Top 100 Black Women (Tenured).
A graduate of Spelman College and Emory University's Goizueta Business School, Yvonne also studied at Johns Hopkins University and internationally in London and Ghana.
